We all need to freshly rediscover the sufficiency of our Messiah's work of atonement and as a result we will become less susceptible to the ploys of the evil one and the numerous false teachings that continue to attempt to misled the people of Adonai.

The Apostle Paul is attempting to remind us that salvation is a gift, it cannot be earned by any human.  By faith in Messiah's completed work we receive salvation as unmerited gift from the hand of Adonai.

The Apostle Paul's words of encouragement are that our minds are to focus upon who Yeshua is and upon what he has accomplished.  Once we know Messiah we will no longer allow our circumstances and the demonic to control our destiny.

It is not in the act of making sure everything is correct that we will achieve holiness, because it runs deeper than that, it is love, it requires more of Him in your life.

If we choose to constantly approach Adonai with a heart of thanksgiving, praise on our lips and promptness in our obedience this will yield a love for Him that will be beyound our dreams.

During this season of Teshuvah have we ever given consideration to the depth of our relationships and commitment to the community of Adonai.  The Scriptures teach that when covenant relationships are entered into properly they will become a wellspring of blessing.
